The firm also provides a performance bonus of up to $22,500, a housing allowance of up to $5,000, relocation pay of up to $5,000 or $10,000 in New York City, and a $5,000 signing bonus.

Additional compensation includes a performance bonus of up to $22,000, profit sharing of up to $4,400, relocation of up to $6,000, and a $5,000 signing bonus.
