Ex-JPMorgan Banker Sues Bank and Executive, Alleging Sexual Abuse and Seeking Over $20 Million

Daniel Kaiser, a partner at the NYC law firm Kaiser, Saurborn & Mair, is representing him. Kaiser has represented multiple women with legal claims against Jeffrey Epstein, including Jennifer Araoz, who said Epstein groomed her for sex since the age of 14. ” The lawsuit was refiled days later with additional claims.
A motion was filed to permit Chirayu Rana to proceed by John Doe. “Those papers attach corroborating evidence of his claims. And there is much more,” Daniel Kaiser stated. com reported that Kaiser has handled high-profile employment law and sexual harassment cases.
According to sources familiar with the case, JPMorgan offered Chirayu Rana $1 million to drop his claims. Rana demanded a payout north of $20 million. Kaiser did not respond to further requests for comment after the refiling.
A JPMorgan spokesperson stated that the suit is entirely fabricated. JPMorgan’s internal investigation turned up no evidence of Rana’s claims. The spokesperson added that Rana refused to participate and declined to provide facts to support his assertions.
Lorna Hajdini and JPMorgan have denied all of the allegations in the suit. Through a spokesperson, Kaiser previously asserted that his client’s allegations are valid. He claimed The Post would be “embarrassed” by its reporting once full evidence comes to light.
Kaiser represented Jennifer Araoz in her suit against Epstein’s estate and enablers. Days after Epstein’s suicide, Kaiser appeared on MSNBC to discuss Araoz’s state of mind and the status of her case. Ghislaine Maxwell was convicted of procuring young girls for Jeffrey Epstein.
Jeffrey Epstein hanged himself in a Manhattan jail cell in 2019. Kaiser has said Araoz was angry that Epstein was no longer alive to face justice. The attorney noted she remained committed to seeing her civil lawsuit through to the end.
