Ex-wife of golfer Pat Perez addresses allegations involving Phil Mickelson

Ashley Perez, the ex-wife of pro golfer Pat Perez, posted on Instagram after a Skratch report described an alleged 2015 incident involving three-time Masters winner Phil Mickelson. The report said Mickelson showed her a nude photo of himself while the group was staying at his villa during the PGA Tour’s Barclays tournament at Plainfield CC in Edison, N.J. It added that Mickelson later told her he would leave his bedroom door open that night.

He said a segment of golf media was exploiting private matters and that the article recycled mistakes Mickelson had already acknowledged. A spokeswoman for Mickelson said some allegations are false while others revisit mistakes already owned.
She added that recovery is not a straight line and that Mickelson’s wife, Amy Mickelson, has supported him throughout their 35-year relationship. Mickelson has been away from professional golf since February to tend to a family matter. He has been part of the LIV Golf league since 2022.
