CnbcFangzhou Inc. presented its AI + Chronic Disease Services digital solution at the 2026 Tencent Cloud AI Industry Applications Summit in Beijing on June 5. The platform was developed with Tencent Health and runs on Fangzhou’s proprietary XingShi Large Language Model.
The summit, themed Agent in Action, Productivity in Motion, gathered industry leaders, technology developers, and ecosystem partners to examine how AI agents can raise productivity and speed enterprise adoption of artificial intelligence. Fangzhou used the event to demonstrate its AI + H2H (Hospital-to-Home) smart healthcare ecosystem and to restate its goal of becoming a trusted long-term health service partner.
The solution supplies patients with personalized health management recommendations, risk monitoring, and behavioral interventions.
For physicians, AI assistants reduce administrative workloads and streamline routine tasks so doctors can spend more time on diagnosis, treatment, and patient engagement. Fangzhou stated that embedding AI in chronic disease services is shifting care from single consultations to continuous, full-cycle management.
The company said the approach aims to raise service efficiency while building trust between patients and providers.
The presentation also underscored the expanded strategic partnership Fangzhou formed with Tencent Health in November 2025. Since then, the two firms have combined Fangzhou’s chronic disease management expertise with Tencent Health’s computing resources and model development tools.
Tencent Health’s vector database technology supports the solution by allowing rapid retrieval from large-scale medical knowledge repositories and by improving the accuracy of AI-generated content.
