Police announced Tuesday that the Tel Aviv District Police Central Unit arrested Yossi Musli on suspicion of involvement in shootings and grenade attacks targeting Japanika locations. The investigation into organized crime groups suspected of carrying out the attacks in the greater Tel Aviv area has expanded internationally, with the FBI and Romanian police now involved, N12 reported Friday.
A Japanika restaurant branch owned by businessman Barak Abramov was damaged in a shooting in Herzliya on July 14, 2026.
