The Department of Justice said the men helped prepare an assault that was to occur on the South Lawn during the UFC Freedom 250 event on June 14.
The attack was to involve explosive drones and sniper ambushes aimed at President Trump and other high-level officials. Falkner was assigned to manufacture and pilot the drones and to load explosives onto them. Rincker met with Abraham Hermosillo Alvarez, the Nebraska-based ringleader of the group and an illegal immigrant from Mexico, and exchanged a shotgun for equipment used to build the drones.
Seven men have now been arrested on murder conspiracy charges. Alvarez and Tycen Proper of Ohio face additional charges of conspiracy against the United States. Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche said on June 22 that law enforcement continues to disrupt and hold accountable those allegedly plotting to do harm on the White House Grounds on June 14.
