FIFA is selling pieces of the grass that will be used for the July 19 World Cup final at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, for $450 each, @ABC reported. Each segment measures 17.5 by 17.5 by 17.5 and contains an original fragment of the final playing surface.
The product is described on the FIFA store as an authentic 2026 FIFA World Cup piece of the pitch permanently preserved in premium acrylic with a USB keepsake.
The acrylic USB includes an authenticity film and is presented in a premium hinged shoulder box with spot UV detailing. Orders are limited to addresses in the United States and Europe and will not ship until after the final. FIFA has nearly 1,200 tickets on sale for the final at $7,380.
Regular tickets are listed at up to $32,970, while hospitality packages that include food and drinks are priced at $34,500 and $32,500. Players and coaches have criticized the quality of the field at MetLife Stadium, which normally uses an artificial surface for New York Giants and Jets NFL games.
