Financial filing shows president earned more than $2.2 billion in 2025

A required annual financial disclosure released Tuesday by the U.S. Office of Government Ethics reported that the president received more than $2.2 billion in revenue during 2025. The 927-page filing covers income from real estate, golf courses, royalty arrangements, branded merchandise and digital-asset businesses.

Crypto ventures accounted for the largest single category. World Liberty Financial generated more than $500 million from sales of governance tokens, while CIC Digital LLC recorded more than $600 million from sales of meme coins featuring the president’s image.

Property and licensing revenue Overseas property licensing produced additional income. A project in the United Arab Emirates paid $10.4 million, a development in Saudi Arabia contributed $9 million, and projects in Romania and Qatar each paid $5 million. The filing also recorded $4.7 million from sales of branded watches and millions more from Bibles, footwear and other merchandise.

Legal settlements Payments from five legal settlements with media and technology companies totaled more than $86 million. The companies named in the filing include ABC, CBS, YouTube, Meta and X. A White House spokesperson stated that the president’s business interests are managed by family members and that neither the president nor family members have engaged in conflicts of interest.

The spokesperson added that all administration actions are taken in the interest of the American people.
