GB News has released footage showing groups of migrants using ladders to cross from Turkey into Bulgaria over barbed wire. The videos also feature advertisements offering thousands of euros to drivers for smuggling migrants into the eurozone toward Britain and other western countries. GB News revealed new footage showing illegal migrants crossing from Turkey into Bulgaria using ladders over barbed wire fences. The videos depict groups of men pouring over the border, part of a surge aiming to reach Britain and other western European countries.

Home and Security Editor Mark White analyzed the footage, stating that for migrants from Iran, Iraq, or Syria, it is much easier to cross borders this way.

The footage includes advertisements for drivers to be paid thousands of euros to smuggle illegal migrants in car boots into the eurozone. One video shows the back of a vehicle opening, stuffed full of illegal immigrants who ran across fields after crossing into the European Union.

Another video captures a vehicle arriving to meet a group of migrants who crossed the border in Greece, after which they are stuffed into the car and taken further into Europe toward northern European countries.

GB News reported a huge chain of migrants walking through Turkey toward the border in Hungary. There are hundreds of migrants, thousands over a number of days, walking through Turkey. Mark White stated that hundreds of miles of border in these countries are often not patrolled, allowing migrants to cross barbed wire fences, and that they come along with ladders and climb these fairly flimsy fences, with tunnels underneath some of the fencing as well.

Videos advertise for drivers in Croatia, Hungary, Bulgaria, and Greece, paying from €2,000 to €8,000 to transport illegal migrants. Mark White stated that the driver advertisements help prop up a billion dollar people smuggling industry. He explained that migrants have come through southern Europe into Italy, Spain, and Greece, as well as through islands from North Africa.

The UK is set to reach 200,000 illegal arrivals since the migrant crisis began. Small boat arrivals are on track to hit 200,000 today. Less than 8,000 deportations have occurred in eight years. Mark White stated that the only way to deter illegal migrants is a deterrent like the Rwanda plan proposed by the previous government.

He concluded: 'I can't see that you can stem this tide, to be honest, unless you have a proper deterrent that says when anyone crosses the Channel, you're going to be sent straight back out of the country to your country of origin or to a third country.

The smuggling aims to reach Britain and other western European countries, with migrants traveling from Iran, Iraq, or Syria finding it much easier to cross borders this way.
