Football Association of Wales begins search for two youth coaches
The Football Association of Wales has started the process of replacing two coaches who have left their roles. One coach has taken a position at a Belgian club youth academy and the other has joined Oxford United.

The Football Association of Wales has begun the search for replacements for two coaches who have left their positions. One coach, aged 31, has departed his role as assistant to the Wales men's national team manager to become head coach of Club NXT, the youth academy of Club Brugge.
The other coach, aged 36, recently led Wales at the Uefa men's Under-19s Championship and has now joined Oxford United as an assistant coach.
Search process under way Chief executive Noel Mooney said the process of finding replacements is already under way. He described a "conveyor belt of talent" of coaches available to fill the positions. "We're always looking for the next steps," Mooney told BBC Sport Wales.
" Mooney said the association maintains a system to identify replacements when coaches move on. He noted that Wales has a world-class coach education system and many coaches hold Pro Licences.
Leadership of recruitment Chief football officer Dave Adams will lead the recruitment process and present recommendations to the board. Mooney said the association expects to complete the appointments soon. The departures follow a period in which the Wales men's national team manager's proposed move to another club did not proceed.
