Three posters address laboratory findings on nitazoxanide and the ASK1 inhibitor SRT-015 in disease models. Four additional posters examine hospital care gaps, bacterial infections, lactulose and rifaximin use, and ICD-10 coding practices based on millions of admissions.
GENFIT stated it did not submit data on GNS561 for cholangiocarcinoma because dose escalation in the Phase 1 study is ongoing. The company indicated this program may appear at future oncology meetings.
A global consensus meeting on harmonizing the ACLF definition is set for May 26, 2026, involving EASL and four other liver-disease societies. The session will take place at the Porta Fira Hotel in Barcelona. The program will include updates on the governance framework launched by the Forum for Collaborative Research.
