No candidate reached the 50 percent threshold required to win outright, so the top two advance under state rules. Jones received the Trump endorsement while Jackson spent more than $50 million of his own funds on advertising. Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger and Attorney General Chris Carr finished outside the top two.
Bottoms won the Democratic primary outright and will face the Republican nominee in November.
