Guy Fieri has joined NASCAR's Legacy Motor Club as a strategic ownership partner. The announcement was published on June 26, 2026. Jimmie Johnson is the primary owner of the team. Maury Gallagher serves as majority owner, chairman of the board and chief executive officer.
Gallagher founded Allegiant Airlines. Richard Petty previously held an ownership stake and sold it to Gallagher. Petty remains with the team as an ambassador. Knighthead Capital Management and country musician Darius Rucker are also investors in Legacy Motor Club.
Fieri is an Emmy Award-winning television host, restaurateur and entrepreneur. He hosts Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives on the Food Network. "Motorsports and race cars have always had that raw energy I love — the people, the passion, the culture, the speed," Fieri said.
