Hallmark Channel Releases Second True Justice Mystery Film

The Hallmark Channel released True Justice: Eye For An Eye as part of its May mystery programming. The film continues the story of a group of law students who investigate cases of people they believe were wrongly convicted. The plot centers on the murder of Katherine Harris, whose body was discovered near her family cabin.

Sharon Warner is accused of the crime because her daughter was bullied by Harris's daughter at Penn Park private school.

The students, Casey, Eli, Liam, and Sarah, interview Warner and conclude she was framed. They receive assistance from law professor Prof. Ambrose and district attorney Quinn while examining overlooked evidence from the original trial. The investigation reveals that multiple parents at the school had reasons to conceal information.

The students use surveillance equipment and forensic analysis to identify new leads.

Katherine McNamara, Markian Tarasiuk, Alexander Nunez, and Marisa McIntyre portray the law students. Nikki DeLoach plays Prof. Ambrose and Benjamin Ayres plays Quinn. The film includes elements of undercover work and disguises during the investigation.

It contains no sexual content. The movie references characters and events from the first film in the series, True Justice: Family Ties. Viewers unfamiliar with the prior installment may miss some background details about recurring characters.
