Hamilton AI Appoints Matthew Schwegler as Head of Product, Launches Three Aviation Workflow Tools

In just one quarter, Schwegler spearheaded the deployment of three new products that cover the full operator workflow: financial tooling, flight dispatch coordination, and broker marketplace connectivity.

The rapid product rollout reflects Hamilton AI's approach to building software for private aviation, with Schwegler working at the operator's desk and prototyping in real time.

Customers shape the products through direct use rather than months-long requirements processes that have long defined aviation software development. Wouter Witvoet, who previously built Secfi into the largest lending platform and took DeFi Technologies public, said the success at Hamilton AI hinged on assembling the right team.
