Three Ponds Farm in Water Mill includes an 18-hole course on roughly 60 acres. The property sold for $35 million in 2019 to Ivan Kaufman, CEO and president of Arbor Realty Trust.
4 acres at 21 & 407 Fairfield Pond Lane in Sagaponack. The main house has eight bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, and 9,000 square feet of living space. Kieran Brew of Serhant, who is marketing the estate, said the course holes are comparable to those at local clubs such as Sebonack, Shinnecock, and Maidstone.
The asking price is $89 million. The neighboring parcel could support a 6,000-square-foot home or guesthouse and sports pavilion. Brew said maintenance costs for a private course are substantial.
A six-bedroom home at 283 Old Montauk Highway in Montauk features a putting green along with a heated infinity-edge pool and manicured landscaping. 85 million with Eve Jordan Combemale of Sotheby’s International Realty. A three-building compound at 166 Sebonac Road in Southampton overlooks the 15th hole of Southampton Golf Club and is less than a mile from Shinnecock Hills.
The owners are offering the eight-bedroom property for rent at $300,000 for the month of June through Bespoke Real Estate.
