Harrison.ai, a Sydney-based company, develops AI software that analyzes chest X-rays and chest and brain CT scans, flags critical cases, and generates draft reports for radiologists. The software is used by 3,400 clinicians across more than 1,000 hospitals and clinics in over 40 countries.

The company completed a $112 million Series C round in February 2025, bringing total funds raised above $240 million. Investors included Aware Super, ECP Asset Management, and Horizons Ventures. In the year ended June 30, 2025, revenue from customer contracts rose 54 percent to A$7.3 million. The company recorded a net loss of A$118 million for the period.

Harrison.ai entered the United States in 2022.

It has secured contracts with Mass General Brigham, Radiology Associates of North Texas, and Inland Imaging. Chief executive Aengus Tran stated the company’s software makes 455 different diagnoses and said the U.S. is the next target market.
