Mr Justice Chamberlain ruled at the Royal Courts of Justice that the challenge was not arguable. He found the CPS decision coherent and rational and stated that the brothers' human rights had not been breached.
The 12-page judgment said the claimants will receive the identities if and when they are surrendered to and prosecuted in the UK. Mr Justice Chamberlain added that an accused person generally receives such information when fairness requires it to answer the case. Andrew Tate, 39, and Tristan Tate, 37, face 21 charges in the UK including human trafficking and rape after extradition from Romania.
They are also facing legal proceedings in Romania and have denied any wrongdoing.
