Officer Savannah Hutcheson wrote in her report that Causey answered his apartment door wearing a G-string thong. She stated that he claimed a legal right to walk around naked.
Hutcheson wrote that Causey later applied lipstick, touched himself in front of her, and told her to jump rope for him. The arrest followed multiple complaints from residents of the same apartment complex.
