Hooker stayed at the Conch Inn in Marsh Harbour on April 6 and was arrested by Bahamian authorities on April 8. U.S. Coast Guard operation. The vessel is now at Coast Guard Station Fort Pierce and is being processed for potential evidence as part of an active criminal investigation.
