ICE has issued a nationwide order instructing officers to stop pursuing people in vehicles. The directive follows two fatal shootings by ICE officers in less than a week, one during a traffic stop in Biddeford, Maine, on Monday and the other in Texas. A current senior DHS official and two former senior DHS officials told @NBCNews that the order applies to all officers.
