Indian Startup Snabbit Nears $50 Million Funding Round at $400 Million Valuation
Snabbit, an Indian instant house-help startup, is close to securing around $50 million in fresh funding led by Susquehanna Venture Capital. The round values the Bengaluru-based company at about $400 million and may exceed initial plans due to strong investor interest. This follows rapid growth, with over one million jobs completed in March 2026.
app.buzzsumo.comSnabbit, an Indian instant house-help startup based in Bengaluru, is close to raising fresh funding at a valuation of around $400 million in a round led by Susquehanna Venture Capital, TechCrunch reported. The company is in talks to raise around $50 million in the funding round, according to three people with knowledge of the deal.
One of those people stated that the round could reach $55 million or higher due to strong investor demand.
The funding round is expected to include participation from Mirae Asset, FJ Labs, Lightspeed Venture Partners, and Bertelsmann India Investments, the people with knowledge of the deal told TechCrunch. This would represent a significant increase from Snabbit's previous funding, when it raised $30 million at a $180 million valuation in October 2025.
The deal could be announced as early as next week from April 2026.
Founded in 2024, Snabbit connects households with on-demand domestic help for cleaning, dishwashing, laundry, and other chores through a managed network of workers. Before this round, the startup had raised $55 million in total funding. Snabbit and its investors did not respond to requests for comment.
Snabbit completed more than one million jobs in March 2026, according to Aayush Agarwal, the company's founder and CEO. In October 2025, Snabbit recorded over 10,000 daily jobs and more than 300,000 total orders, Agarwal said. At that time, Snabbit worked with about 5,000 professionals on its platform, all of whom were women, he added.
The fundraise occurs amid growing investor interest in instant house-help startups in India. Rival Pronto is finalizing a funding round led by Lachy Groom at about a $200 million valuation. Urban Company, another player in the space, stated that its instant home services offering crossed one million bookings in March 2026.
Snabbit has scaled rapidly, crossing one million jobs in March, amid this growing investor interest, TechCrunch reported. The rising demand is partly driven by India’s young, urban workforce, which has grown accustomed to ordering services such as groceries on demand through apps. Separately, TechCrunch Disrupt 2026 is scheduled for October 13-15, 2026, in San Francisco, CA.
