Tanker Trackers compiled the volume from vessel movements and reported the total on June 30. The same figure appeared in posts from accounts that monitor energy flows, including FirstSquawk and LiveSquawk.
The U.S. sanctions had been lifted two weeks earlier. Shipments resumed immediately after the restrictions ended.
