Iran Plans Hormuz Tolls as U.S. Ends Russian Oil Waiver

Iran said it will soon reveal a plan to manage traffic through the Strait of Hormuz, including the charging of tolls. The announcement came on day 79 of the conflict, according to @AJEnglish.
