Iran Proposes 14-Point Plan to End Conflict with US

Iran's Tasnim News Agency reported that Tehran submitted a 14-point proposal to the United States through Pakistani mediators on Saturday. The proposal, responding to a U.S. nine-point plan for a two-month ceasefire, calls for non-aggression guarantees, U.S. military withdrawal from areas around Iran, lifting the naval blockade on Iranian ports, release of frozen Iranian assets, compensation payments to Iran, removal of sanctions, ending hostilities on all fronts including Lebanon, and a new management mechanism for the Strait of Hormuz.

According to the agency, Iran specified that these issues must be addressed within 30 days, with an emphasis on transitioning from ceasefire extensions to a permanent end to the war.

Nour News agency stated the proposal was delivered via a Pakistani intermediary.

Oil prices have risen since the operations began.
