Iran's Foreign Ministry said no agreement will be reached if the United States demands handover of enriched uranium. The ministry described the demand as a non-starter during ongoing negotiations focused on ending the conflict. A Qatari delegation is currently meeting with Iran's Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi. Pakistan remains the main mediator in the talks, according to the ministry.

Pakistan's army chief Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir arrived in Tehran. Saudi sources described the visit as a last-ditch effort to avert war. Pakistan's Foreign Ministry spokesman Tahir Andrabi said he was not aware of any visit when asked about reports of Munir traveling to Tehran. Andrabi stated that any announcement would be made in due course if appropriate.

Details related to the nuclear issue are not being discussed at this stage of the talks. Iranian officials said they will not reach a conclusion if the discussions turn to highly enriched uranium. A senior Iranian source told Reuters that no deal had been reached with the United States, though gaps had narrowed.

The Islamic Republic is still reviewing the latest proposal from the Trump administration.
