Iran's parliament introduced a bill overnight to formalize the country's control over the Strait of Hormuz, @MarioNawfal reported. Ebrahim Azizi, chair of the parliament's national security committee, said the measure was timed to the downing of American drones. The legislation asserts Iran's sovereignty over the waterway.
