Tasnim separately stated that Iran had stopped exchanging messages with Washington through mediators after Israel ordered troops to push deeper into Lebanon.

Both sides had traded strikes on military targets before the truce took effect. Iranian state media said the latest Israeli operations in Beirut’s southern suburbs violated the agreement and reopened multiple fronts. The same reports linked any continued attacks to possible activation of additional shipping restrictions.

U.S. forces intercepted two Iranian ballistic missiles late Sunday, the U.S. military said, adding that no American personnel were harmed. Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps stated it had targeted a U.S.-used air base in response to earlier strikes on southern Iran.

Iranian officials cited in state media criticized the “constantly changing” U.S. negotiating stance. Pakistan’s Foreign Minister expressed concern about the sustainability of the ceasefire during talks with his Iranian counterpart on Monday, the Pakistani foreign ministry said.
