Isa Genzken Art Exhibitions and Cultural Events in New York

Isa Genzken, a 77-year-old artist born in Germany, creates sculptures using materials such as concrete, plastic children's toys, film, and pantyhose. Her works form environments that incorporate schematic improvisation. Two exhibitions of her art are currently on view in New York.

The exhibition 'Projects for Outside' at Galerie Buchholz runs through April 25. It focuses on public spaces, including architecture and scale in New York. The show includes pieces from the 'World Receiver' series, which consist of cement blocks with attached aerials.
