Israeli warplanes struck the town of Ghandouriyeh in the Bint Jbeil district and areas between Ghandouriyeh and Abbasiyeh in the Tyre district, Lebanon's National News Agency reported. Artillery fire also hit the town of Siddiqin. The strikes occurred as part of broader military activity in the region. Activists from a Gaza aid flotilla were taken to Ashdod port after their vessel was intercepted by Israeli forces in international waters, according to the Adalah rights group.
