ISS Acquires Norwegian Facility Services Company Tomagruppen

Tomagruppen is a Norwegian, majority family-owned facility services company founded in 1978. The company delivers cleaning, catering, property management, and other support services to both the public and private sectors. 8 billion in 2025.
It operates in Norway and Denmark, with the vast majority of operations in Norway. The acquisition reinforces ISS Norway's position among market-leading facility services providers in Norway. It also adds scale and know-how to ISS Denmark's position across sectors.
