ISS Acquires Norwegian Facility Services Company Tomagruppen

ISS signed an agreement to acquire Tomagruppen AS on May 7, 2026. The deal will bring more than 4,000 new colleagues and additional customers into the ISS Group once completed. Completion of the ISS-Tomagruppen transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.

Tomagruppen is a Norwegian, majority family-owned facility services company founded in 1978. The company delivers cleaning, catering, property management, and other support services to both the public and private sectors. 8 billion in 2025.

It operates in Norway and Denmark, with the vast majority of operations in Norway. The acquisition reinforces ISS Norway's position among market-leading facility services providers in Norway. It also adds scale and know-how to ISS Denmark's position across sectors.
