Jardine Nears Deal to Acquire I-MED Radiology Network

Jardine is nearing an agreement to buy I-MED Radiology, an acquisition that would add Australia's biggest medical diagnostic imaging provider to the conglomerate's portfolio. The deal remains subject to final negotiations and regulatory approvals. No financial terms have been disclosed.

I-MED operates more than 250 radiology clinics across Australia and provides X-ray, MRI, CT, and ultrasound services.
