Legendary jazz saxophonist Sonny Rollins died Monday at his residence in Woodstock, New York. He was 95. His publicist, Terri Hinte, confirmed the death in a statement to The New York Times but did not disclose a specific cause. She told The Associated Press that Rollins had been largely confined to his home for the past two years because of multiple physical ailments.
