Jeremy Clarkson Reveals Prostate Cancer Diagnosis on Clarkson's Farm

Jeremy Clarkson disclosed an aggressive form of prostate cancer during the final episodes of Clarkson's Farm season five, which were released on Wednesday. The 66-year-old presenter shared the news with farm manager Kaleb Cooper and land agent Charlie Ireland while discussing harvest plans. He told them that doctors identified the cancer through a medical examination and biopsy.

Clarkson said he had hoped to finish the harvest before starting treatment, but the schedule placed procedures in the middle of that work. He later underwent surgery that removed 10 per cent of his prostate, the portion containing the cancer. The presenter also appeared from a hospital bed after complications during treatment and said some procedures had not gone as planned.

Clarkson has faced other health challenges in recent years. In October 2024 he underwent an emergency heart procedure after doctors found one major artery completely blocked and another closing rapidly. He has also publicly discussed severe pneumonia, hearing loss, and efforts to address his health through weight loss and lifestyle changes.
