Jersey Mike's added more than 130 restaurant locations to a development list on its website, with sites concentrated in California, New York, and Texas. The chain currently operates over 3,300 locations across the United States.
A location in White Lake, Michigan, about 50 miles northwest of Detroit, is also advancing. Community development director Sean P. O'Neil said construction will begin within weeks and the restaurant could open in winter or spring 2027. City officials in Folsom, California, confirmed plans for a store inside the Alder Creek Marketplace shopping center.
TODAY confirmed with local officials that Jersey Mike's locations are planned in Cape Girardeau, Missouri; Cortlandville and Greenport, New York; Council Bluffs, Iowa; El Dorado County, California; Post Falls, Idaho; and Princeton, Illinois. The full development list posted on the company website includes sites in 30 states plus Washington, D.C.
