A 30-story residential tower is under construction in Jerusalem's Kiryat HaYovel neighborhood as part of the Forest project. The development will include 150 luxury apartments on 26 residential floors above a four-story podium. The podium will house cafés, restaurants, workspaces, and public cultural facilities developed with the municipality.

Residents will have access to a private lobby and glass elevators serving the residential floors.

An exclusive residents' amenities complex of approximately 1,200 square meters will occupy the tower's fourth floor. It will contain a wellness and longevity center with a luxury spa, indoor swimming pool, fitness center, lounge, synagogue, and shared spaces overlooking the Jerusalem Forest.

The tower will include six levels of underground parking and an underground connection to the nearby Philip Leon JCC community center. The site sits along the Henrietta Szold corridor above Ein Kerem, adjacent to the renovated Park HaEtz and the Jerusalem Light Rail Red Line station.

Yashar Architects, led by Avner Yashar, designed the project. Architect Dana Oberson is handling interior design and planning of public and shared spaces. Amnon Merhav, CEO of LEVEL ONE, said the company aimed to create a community within the complex that maintains connections to Jerusalem's urban fabric. The project is being developed by LEVEL ONE, part of the Leviev Group.
