Court documents state that older female students operated a "kissing club" in school bathrooms where younger students were pressured into kissing, genital touching, and oral copulation.
The complaint claims the conduct continued due to insufficient supervision by teachers and administrators at the Chatsworth campus. It further alleges that school officials later found videos of the incidents on student phones but did not promptly notify law enforcement or families.
Sierra Canyon School has denied the allegations. The school stated that once concerns were raised in 2024, administrators conducted a review and implemented corrective measures. It maintains that the claims are untrue and do not reflect what occurred on campus.
