Kentucky Police Seek Three Suspects After Man Shot 15 Times Outside Gas Station

Newport police are searching for three people after a man was shot 15 times outside a Circle K gas station on May 9. The suspects are Kortney Alford, 30, Terry Moses, 26, and Tiance Combs, 30. Combs faces attempted murder charges, Moses is charged with complicity to attempted murder, and Alford is wanted for facilitating attempted murder.

M. after the victim, Trey Iles, offered a flower to a woman in a car for Mother’s Day. An argument followed, and two people from the car later returned and opened fire. Iles sustained five gunshot wounds in one ankle, two or three in the other, plus wounds to the arm and near the throat. His girlfriend stayed with him until help arrived.

The victim’s uncle told Fox19 that the shooters intended to kill Iles and stood over him while firing. Iles is recovering in the hospital. A GoFundMe page has been set up to help cover medical costs.
