nypost.comKim Scott, the former wife of rapper Eminem, was arrested on a DUI charge on May 13. She was booked at the Macomb County Jail in Mt. Clemens, Michigan.
Scott, 51, appeared in a mugshot wearing a short pixie haircut and no makeup. She smiled while posing for the photo taken after the arrest. The arrest occurred three days after Scott appeared in court on similar charges from February. In that earlier incident, she allegedly crashed into a parked car while driving her teenage son and his friends, then drove home and hit her own garage door.
Scott pleaded no contest to impaired driving and failure to report an accident in the February case. Officers reportedly found bottles containing soda and alcohol in her car, and bodycam footage showed her taking a Breathalyzer test. Her sentencing for the February charges is scheduled for June.
It is not yet known whether the new charges will affect that hearing. Scott and Eminem, born Marshall Mathers, were married twice, first in 1999 and again in 2006. They share three children and Scott has an additional son, Parker.
