Kuwait's Foreign Ministry condemned an Iranian attack on a power generation and water desalination facility in the town of Mangaf. The strike took place on Sunday, July 18, 2026. The ministry said the attack violated international law, the UN Charter, and UN Security Council Resolution 2817.
