L'Industrie Pizzeria Delivered 16 Pies to Knicks at Madison Square Garden

Co-owners of L'Industrie Pizzeria delivered 16 pies to New York Knicks guard Josh Hart after the team's Game 2 win over the Cleveland Cavaliers in the Eastern Conference finals. The delivery occurred after Hart's postgame press conference, where video of him eating a slice circulated online. Nick Baglivo and Massimo Laveglia drove the pizzas from their West Village location to Eighth Avenue.

Baglivo said the team met them curbside and took the order without the owners entering the building. m. and arrived eight minutes before the fourth quarter. The order included three Margherita, three New Yorker, three Burrata, two pepperoni, two Fig Jam, and two Tartufo pizzas, plus one tray of Millefoglie, two olive oil cakes, and one tray of pistachio tres leches.

Hart had visited the pizzeria's Williamsburg location several times before the delivery. In January he posted on X asking for a contact due to long wait times, after which the owners connected with him on Instagram. Laveglia said this was the first time the restaurant delivered food to Madison Square Garden. Baglivo noted that Hart offered a slice to teammate Karl-Anthony Towns after the game.
