Lady Louise Windsor receives English and International Relations degree at St Andrews graduation

Lady Louise Windsor, 22, graduated from St Andrews University with a degree in English and International Relations on July 2, 2026. " The post added that she was joined by her parents, the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh. Graduation ceremonies at the university began on June 29 and run through July 3.

The Duchess of Edinburgh kept her schedule clear to attend. Prince Edward had traveled to Scotland earlier in the week for other engagements, including the Thistle Service at St Giles' Cathedral. Lady Louise joined the Tayforth University Officers' Training Corps in 2024 as an Officer Cadet and worked part-time serving meals in the university cafeteria.

She also performed in student theatre productions, where she met Felix da Silva-Clamp about two years ago. Her brother, James, Earl of Wessex, 17, finished A-level exams at Radley College on June 23 and was expected to join family celebrations. Lady Louise will receive her Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award at the Palace of Holyroodhouse on July 4, presented by her father.

GB News reported that she plans a gap year of work, charity and travel after graduation.
