Landbank President and CEO Lynette V. Ortiz and PSC Chair John Patrick C. Gregorio led the signing, joined by Landbank Executive Vice President Marilou L. Villafranca, First Vice President Nardo M. Masa, Department Manager Elmae S. Dy, and PSC Commissioners Edward L.

Ortiz said the bank will provide a secure and widely accepted debit account suitable for both local and international use.
Gregorio said the collaboration aims to support youth and community well-being through partnerships with government agencies and corporate partners. Landbank also plans to support digitalization of PSC operations and address the commission's infrastructure financing requirements.
