The investigation follows a securities fraud class action complaint alleging that Commvault made materially false and misleading statements about its projected annual recurring revenue growth for fiscal year 2026.
Shareholders who purchased CVLT shares prior to April 29, 2025, and still hold them may seek corporate reforms and the return of funds to the company, the notice said. Shareholders who bought shares between April 29, 2025, and January 26, 2026, may participate in the class action.
Office is also investigating potential fiduciary duty claims on behalf of LKQ Corporation (NASDAQ: LKQ) investors. The investigation covers shareholders who purchased LKQ shares prior to February 27, 2023, and still hold them.
