Leaked List Shows Actors, Media Executives Among Dialog Conference Attendees

The Hollywood Reporter published a leaked membership directory and session list for Dialog this week, identifying actors and media figures among attendees at the private conferences linked to Peter Thiel. Joseph Gordon-Levitt stated he attended two Dialog conferences but has never met, spoken with, or seen Peter Thiel at any event.

He said his political and ideological views are opposites of Thiel’s based on what he has read, and that the conferences included a wide variety of people and opinions.

Sophia Bush attended a Dialog conference as a guest to promote the documentary Another Body. She stated Peter Thiel was not present and was never brought up during her experience, and she has learned he has not been involved with Dialog for approximately 15 years.

Bush said she found the weekend valuable for engaging with differing perspectives and wishes she had researched the event beforehand but would probably still have attended.

The leaked materials identify session topics for this year’s Dialog conference in Dublin. ” The materials also include a membership directory listing Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Sophia Bush, Josh Brolin, Scooter Braun, Isaac Lee, A24’s Scott Belsky, composer-producer Benj Pasek, The Atlantic CEO Nick Thompson, and New York Times’ Ezra Klein.

The directory includes Trump administration officials, two senators, six members of the so-called PayPal Mafia, a current ambassador to the United States, and several billionaires including Elon Musk.

Dialog is a private, invite-only group that invites powerbrokers across politics, tech, and media to discuss off-the-record ideas in privacy. Conferences cover geopolitics and technology topics, book recommendations, and technology’s effect on humanity and the future. Dialog features an internal dating function used to match members with each other.
