Lebanon reports 4,278 killed and 12,196 wounded in Israeli attacks since March

Lebanon's state-run National News Agency reported at least 4,278 people killed and 12,196 wounded by Israeli attacks across the country since March 2. The agency said the figures cover the period when fighting between Israel and Hezbollah resumed. It also published images of damaged buses outside the al-Bass Roman ruins in Tyre, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that was struck in the same attacks.
