London Bus Driver Dies After Assault on Battersea Bridge
A 64-year-old Transport for London bus driver died after being assaulted on Battersea Bridge in south London. Police have launched a murder investigation and charged a 32-year-old man with causing grievous bodily harm.

The Metropolitan Police launched a murder investigation after Krajev's death. Officers were called at 00:33am on Monday and performed emergency first aid at the scene. Police said the assault occurred on a pavement outside the bus, which had been stationary at a stop.
Gary Jones, 32, of Hospital Bridge Road, Twickenham, was arrested at the scene. Jones was charged with causing grievous bodily harm and appeared at Wimbledon Magistrates' Court on Monday. He was remanded in custody and is next due to appear at Kingston Crown Court on 15 June.
