Luxury saloon receives updated styling, hybrid powertrain and new audio system
The four-door model gains single headlights, a 671bhp hybrid version and a 21-speaker sound system. Production starts in September with deliveries expected before the end of 2026.
The IndependentThe luxury saloon has been given a revised front end that features single headlights for the first time since 1962. The grille now sits within the front bumper and the wing vent detail has been removed. Changes at the rear include a reshaped boot lid, new rear lights and a body-coloured number plate surround. New 22-inch wheel finishes and a Dark Teal paint colour are also available.
Powertrain and chassis A new S model returns with a High Performance Hybrid powertrain that produces 671bhp and 930Nm of torque. The saloon can accelerate from 0-60mph in 3.6 seconds and reach a top speed of 191mph, according to the manufacturer. The S model includes an active chassis with torque vectoring, a 48V anti-roll system and an electronic limited-slip differential.
A Blackline Specification adds gloss black exterior trim and dark-tinted lights.
Interior and audio Buyers can select from five seat styles that each require 12 hours of handcraftsmanship. Inserts are offered in fluted or quilted patterns. A new audio system uses 21 speakers and technology derived from Focal’s Grand Utopia speakers.
The system will be offered in three interior themes that include Champagne Gold detailing. The company has delayed its electric-only target until 2035, making the hybrid powertrain central to its near-term plans.
