The Wellsville Chamber of Commerce hosted the ribbon-cutting ceremony, which Kansas State Bank co-sponsored. More than 250 free root beer floats were given away during a spin-the-wheel promotion at the opening.
Jeanette Davis, senior vice president of LV Petroleum, said the turnout showed community support for the new location.
