Markets to Watch GDP, Housing and Investor Conferences This Week
A holiday-shortened trading week will feature the second estimate of first-quarter GDP, new-home sales data and the PCE inflation index. Several companies are scheduled to appear at the Bernstein Strategic Decisions Conference.

U.S. stock market will be closed Monday for Memorial Day. m. Eastern time. , along with the personal-consumption-expenditures price index and weekly jobless-claims data. New-home sales figures will also be published that day.
The Bernstein Strategic Decisions Conference begins Wednesday. Boeing, Johnson & Johnson, GE Vernova and Wells Fargo are listed to appear, according to the conference website. Eli Lilly and Starbucks are scheduled for Thursday. Before the opening bell Tuesday, Elbit Systems and AutoZone are due to report earnings.
After the close, Zscaler, Chemical & Mining and BOX are scheduled. Wednesday brings pre-market reports from Bath & Body Works, Bank of Nova Scotia, Capri Holdings, Dick's Sporting Goods, Pinduoduo, Abercrombie & Fitch, Bank of Montreal and Dycom. Salesforce, Marvell, Snowflake, HP, Synopsys and others will report after the close.
Thursday pre-market releases include Best Buy, Hormel Foods, Canadian Imperial Bank, Kohl's, XPeng, Burlington and Royal Bank of Canada. Costco, Dell Technologies, UiPath, MongoDB, Autodesk, SentinelOne, Okta, Gap, NetApp and American Eagle Outfitters are slated for after the bell.
